An In The City delegate pass gives you complete access to all the panels, workshops, keynotes and events at the The Midland hotel by day and access to all Official ITC Live & Unsigned events and parties by night.

Delegate passes will be available to be collected from 2pm on Saturday 17th October from ITC HQ at The Midland Hotel, Manchester. Registration will be open between 9am and 7pm during each day of the conference. Please bring ID.

Returns Policy


In the event of a cancellation, ITC will attempt to be as flexible as possible.

However:

  • Delegates can designate an alternative attendee at any time, at no additional charge
  • 10% of the delegate rate paid will be retained to cover administration costs for a full cancellation if it is made any time up to 31 days prior to the start of the conference (18/09/09)
  • A delegate cancelling any time from 30 to 10 days prior to the start of the conference will incur a 50% charge of the delegate rate paid
  • Any delegate cancellation received within 10 days of the start of the conference will incur the full charges, with no refund due
