In the event of a delegate cancellation ITC will be as flexible as possible. Replacement delegates from the same company can be allocated passes instead, or the following refund policy will apply:

  • More than 30 days before the event: full refund
  • Between 30 and 10 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Fewer than 10 days before the event: no refund will be available.
